🥗 Ingredients:

  • Egg (boiled)- 1 whole egg/ 3 egg white
  • Onion (chopped)- 1/4 cup
  • Tomato (chopped)- 1/4 cup
  • Cucumber (chopped)- 1/4 cup
  • Cumin powder (roasted) — 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green chilli (chopped)- 1
  • Salt- to taste
  • Black pepper (freshly ground)- to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl mix the chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilli, roasted cumin powder and salt.
  2. Next, cut the boiled egg into pieces & sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper over the egg and add it to the salad. Your egg bites are ready to serve! Wasn’t that super simple & easy to make? ;)
