  • Carrot (peeled, cubed)- 1/4 cup
  • Tomato (chopped)- 1/4 cup
  • Beetroot (peeled, cubed)- 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- to taste

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Season with lemon juice and salt.
